Several Ft. Lauderdale area pet rescuers are desperately searching for homes for these beautiful cats before they are "put to sleep". Some of the cats are indoor and some are outdoor/feral cats. I can't have cats because of allergies in the family and I almost considered take one of the outdoor cats, but one of my dogs, Kya, is very aggressive and I'd be afraid that one day she might catch it and kill it...
Here's the original message from the pet rescuers who are trying to place each and every cat before the deadline...Please crosspost this mesage and the link to the Palm Beach Post article about the cats which includes pictures of most of them and the contact information... or visit one of the rescuers Blogs at; www.felineadvocate.vpweb.com
I am desperately trying to help my other rescue friends find homes for these kitties. Click on the link below to see the ad this lady ran in the Palm Beach Post. She is getting evicted from her house in 5 days and she is going to put her cats to sleep simply because she would rather see them dead than in an animal shelter.
If you or someone you know have been thinking about adopting a cat, please ask them to consider these helpless kitties. If you need help with transportation, we can bring them to you. Thank you!
